Our payments policy gives clients convenient and secure payment options. To help ensure a safe payment environment, as client you can only use approved payment methods by us.
Make sure your option follows these guidelines. If it doesn’t, it may be not taken into consideration, and the purchase will not be allowed for you. Always the payment will be made based only on the terms settled in the contract with the client.

If you wish to pay with an alternative payment method, the only accepted method is by bank transfer based on the invoice issued after you have confirmed the purchase, and the details of the payment are established directly between yourself and our company according to the Tourist Services Contract. When choosing the bank transfer payment method, our staff will contact you to arrange the details of the payment.
When purchasing with a credit card, our external payment service provider processes the payment on behalf of us. Please be assured that you credit card information is secure. With your security in mind, we would like to note that you should not send your credit card information via email. Our external payment provider offers a single point of online card processing, regardless of the issuing bank, using the most secure authentication technology – 3Dsecure and has a management system for electronic payments made using bank cards issued worldwide by Visa or MasterCard. The antifraud proprietary trading system uses advanced solutions, together with the “Verified by Visa” from VISA and “MasterCard SecureCode” by MasterCard, which results in reduced risks of electronic fraud attempts.
